- Liaison and translation

Employment Services for Refugees, Immigrants, and Employers
- Job counseling and mediation
- Job referrals, placement, liaison, and follow-up
- Translation and liaison services in French, German, Lao, Russian, Spanish, Vietnamese (and other languages upon request)
- Walk-through orientation at a new job, with interpreter, when needed
- Assistance in filing for unemployment
- Workmen's Compensation claims
- Other job-related services (i.e. assistance with filling out insurance forms, applications)
Adjustment Services for Refugees and Immigrants
- Orientation, information, and referral, counseling, liaison, and translation
- Assistance with permanent residency applications, family reunification papers, and VAWA (Violence Against Women Applications)
- Citizenship services
- Assistance with cultural preservation activities
- Interest-free loans for emergencies and special needs (refugees only)
- Newsletter published in four languages
- Tutoring in ESL; native language literacy
