Mission Statement
The purpose of the East Central Illinois Refugee Mutual Assistance Center (AKA ECIRMAC or Refugee Center) is to aid in the resettlement of refugees and immigrants, regardless of country or origin, in the East-Central Illinois area and to aid in the exchange and preservation of their respective cultures. The corporation shall maintain in the State of Illinois a registerd office and a registered agent at such office and may have other offices with in the state.

About ECIRMAC
The East Central Illinois Refugee Mutual Assistance Center (ECIRMAC) was incorporated in August, 1980. The Center has been operating since January, 1982, through funds donated by churches, sponsors, the refugee community, United Way, Champaign County Mental Health Board, and largely from the Illinois Department of Human Services.
The Center relies on the continued support of friends, both old and new, to sustain its programs.
